Road Riot 4WD is a 1992 video game that was made for the Super NES and the Atari Lynx. It was also created for the arcade.
This is a video game that has four-wheel drive dune buggies battling it with weapons.[2][5][6]
Three difficulty levels determine the challenge that the player will have to put up with.[2] After conquering the basic track, players will have to navigate through 11 of the most complicated tracks in order to win the championship.[2][5] Most of the locations are in the United States while others are mysterious places from around the world like Africa and Australia.[2][5][6] A player has to beat three vehicles in order to win the race.[2][5]
An infinite amount of missiles is used to knock opponents out of the way.[2] Crashing into certain obstacles will allow the player to collect extra points (through a hazard pay system).[2][6] This game was slightly inspired by the video games Pole Position and Rad Mobile.[5]
